eLearners Tip: Adult education and leadership skills are in a different league than traditional college/university students. These students are there for the love or curiosity of the subject, to increase their earning potential, to help them change jobs, or to give them an outlet away from family. They are completely unique class of students and ones that should be taken seriously. Don't be intimidated if you, as the educator, are younger than some of your students. Use this to encourage dialogue and class discussions, helping everyone there to see very different points of view.
